What are the specs for the OEM lead hammer as found in original tool rolls? I know the paint colors are different, but they all appear to be the same otherwise...

would the weight of hammer be dependent on hub size?

I don't believe so, but certainly not an expert on the matter. They all look to be the same size...whether for 32mm or 42mm...

Daytonas have a larger hammer than 250’s.

Interesting. I perhaps should have included 365s in my question...

The size of the wheel hubs have NO relationship to the weight of the toolkit hammers. The toolkits were sourced from local suppliers and items changed as the years went by.

You provided the information for a 365. You also said that the 365 hammer was larger than that for the earlier cars, which would then make them potentially less than 2 pounds. That is unbelievably light to be useful as a knockoff hammer...

I had someone measure theirs. A little over 1600 grams. 275mm length overall. Or roughly 3.5lbs/11".

Now for the correct colors. Perhaps a mustard yellow for the head, dark gray for the top half of the handle and "robin's egg" blue for the bottom half? Same blue as used on the jack?
