Apparently my last comment was deemed having inappropriate content.
    Oh well.

I do find it quite ironic when someone accusing me of petty squabble or adding nothing to discussions lacks ability to realize the ONLY time they offer OPINIONS about me is if or when I’m questioning someone else’s claims, evidence/facts, experience or motives, but definitely not responding to EVERY post they make.

Hell, I am pretty sure that if you are very well connected to Ferrari senior management you can get anything magically classiche certified. With a massive bill for Ferrari's time and effort. I do not begrudge Ferrari making a profit but for them to be the sole arbiter of their own heritage is a bit like a boxer being the judge of his own bout and a little independence and constructive criticism would stand Classiche well

Since there is only one 06885 it kinda validates itself, and will always be the most original 06885 (and the one with the lowest mileage). Might be cool stack Classiche book w/school books that rode shotgun w/Harley on the way to class, though?

Does anyone have a clear colour picture of the seats/seat inserts of 06885 at Le Mans 1965?

I always used to recommend to friends and enthusiasts a visit to Preston Henn's Swap Shop Drive-in and Flea Market in Ft Lauderdale. There were once around 30 very special cars on display including the 275 GTB/C and various racing memorabilia items, making for an incredible display and collection. All this at a drive-in movie theatre and flea market where $2 sunglasses were on sale next to a Schumacher F1 car.

Sadly, a Swap Shop Insta post from 2 days ago shows just 7 cars remaining on display at the massive market with a certain yellow 275 GTB/C nowhere to be seen. It has been public knowledge that the family has sold off the other flea markets and drive-ins across Florida, along with most of the car collection. The Ft Lauderdale location along with the 275 GTB/C are both in trusts, hence their retention by the family. It was fantastic to be able to see such a collection on display in such an accessible location, but to be honest, I'd be keeping the remaining high value cars in a safe place too.

If you want to see what was on display at the peak, Shmee 150 did a great video there 6 years ago.

    06885 still for sale?

    06885 segment at about 8:36.
