Happy days. I'm keen on checking pump motor ground 25G soon too. That would sure beat rebuilding the pump :)

Just got the Mercedes relay. Was 68 AUD. The updated part was A0009827227 which replaces A0025421319. I found online a cheaper Bosch relay which was meant to fit but it didn't. Haven't test the roof just it just yet.

Happy days! Can confirm the roof is much happier with new relay.

The flaps became a bit misaligned so had to disconnect the cables running into the flap motor and manually adjust with the square drive tool from the toolkit.

Disconnecting was easy but connecting was harder than expect as it was awkward to reach. Ended up working blind whilst standing in the car.

The right flap still needs a bit of fine tuning but good enough for now and great day for a drive in sunny Melbourne (today anyways).

Thanks everyone for all your help!

    Spoke too soon :p

When the car is hot, the pump is unhappy, suck just before getting on the westgate freeway. Pump temp read out was around 34 degree from obd scanner.

Opened the panel, let the pump cool down it was happy again. My partner came with starship enterpise mileage wrx and all the tools and most importantly moral support :D
