    Hi guys,

I'm thinking about selling my F430 spider and 550 maranello and buying a 599 gtb instead. I feel like the 599 is a good combination of both cars. How is the ownership of one? Are they as reliable as my own cars?

One thing that attracted me to the 599 are the chain driven cams as opposed to the belts in the 550. The 599 shares a lot of parts with the 430 since they were made at the same time. At this point in time you should look for a car that has had the front shocks redone since they all leak and are expensive to exchange. There will always be things to deal with like any Ferrari, the interior has sticky buttons like your other cars. The 599 is much bigger than the 550, it's a real long distance GT. I've had my car for 8 years, I'm the second owner and I have over 50K miles on her and I'm planning on keeping her.

Thanks, i find the design super unique and being a true GT car should make it more usable on a day to day basis. 620 Hp, V12, nice interior, often alot of carbon fiber. Cant go wrong

F430? 550? 599? All amazing cars. Can't you find a way to have all three??

599 is an awesome car. Turn off the traction control and will guarantee a spin out. Way too much horsepower for a single clutch , rear wheel drive That’s why it’s the one of the best Ferrari ever! Plus it can be converted to manual. Paddles work just

I have yet to have any issue. The more it’s driven the better it behaves. It’s a big car, but bigger is always better. It truly is a beast of a car.

To be honest, 430 and 458 are too beautiful to trade . Never leave a good Ferrari !

We can help with rebuilding the shocks - it's about a 2-3 week turnaround, not too terrible :)

As of today, 599 shocks are $950 per shock. We offer expedited shipping to and from our warehouse in Poland. F12 cost a bit more at $1,400 per shock due to the lift functionality.

We plan to have a slight increase in prices starting January. So for anyone reading this message from the future - pricing is as of today, November 7, 2025! :)
