Endless options.
I’m sure you’ve heard of tail of the dragon. I think an even better road is back of the dragon which runs between Tazewell and Marion VA. Then continue on down to Abingdon VA and stay at the Martha-Washington Inn and Spa.
On your way to Asheville checkout the Switzerland Inn in Little Switzerland NC.
The coolest motorcycle museum is Wheels through Time in Maggie Valley, NC.
Route 276 from there down through the Pisgah Forest into Brevard then swing over to Lake Toxaway for a meal at Grand Olde Station before taking Route 281 back up to Sylva / Dillsboro. There’s a Best Western Plus River Escape on the river if you need a place to stay in that area.
Highlands NC just south of there is a very charming mountain town with a couple great hotels.

if you stay in Lexington I recommend staying at the Campbell House and have dinner at the Merrick Inn.
Red River Gorge area southeast of there is good roads.
Anyway I could go on for awhile there’s so much to ride and see in the blue ridge mountains.
