Up until today the 9th of NOVEMBER….still NO one has received their seats!!!!!!
They just posted yesterday that they stop production and if you go to the website, it is down………
NO one has received yet ANY seats…!!!

And I am one of the first customers and the only messages received have been with many visceral and unreal excuses from REZA……..via WHatssapp and here.
The most that hits my nerves is that a few community users have stood by the seller and still I have only received excuses and NO seats……

Let’s see what will happens now…!!!!!

I have been contacted by REZA and he agreed to cancel my order. He stated I will have the funds back in 5 days. I may regret my decision, but at this time I will follow my gut feeling.
I DO want to emphasized that ALL the time he has been very communicative and responds to all messages and communications.

I brought up this major concern on Page 2 Post 43, but nobody cared because everyone was blinded by their desire for rare unobtainable parts (that are actually just replica parts despite the sellers claim otherwise)

Ferrari just saved the value of all your cars. You were about to remove genuine Ferrari seats to install replica parts

I hope nobody profits from your stolen proprietary logo and designs. These replica seats have Ferrari branding but have zero affiliation with Ferrari at all.

Also I fail to understand how the OEM trimmer can sell their customer's products WITH LOGO to a random guy without getting in major trouble with the customer. Why would Zanasi risk their contract with Ferrari for a handful of illegal seats? Doesn't make sense to me

So nobody received a set of seats is my understanding. And now what’s going to happen. I hope this doesn’t turn out as bad as it seems. How many seats were paid for?

The seller collected full prepayment by wire transfer on several runs of 355 seats, plus 550 seats etc. I'm guessing he collected at least $1 million and delivered no seats. Potentially the biggest scandal in Fchat history, maybe?

I have no horse in this race but have been an interested spectator. Why hasn't Reza posted to explain the situation?

On Friday he posted about the price increases, Saturday the web site closed, yet crickets. Very unprofessional.

He might be a bit preoccupied with "putting out fires" to satisfy ferrari's lawyer horde (assuming that's what's reared its ugly scowl), and salvage this effort.
    That's my hope, at least.

Just remember that in the recent past, this "noo furrah-ree" after going public, sued a long-standing charity to steal their name for their SUV, rather than partnering with that pre-existing charity for goodwill and improving the brand image,

These are the questions that should have been answered earlier in the project. The warning signs are everywhere starting with sending cash months ahead of time and therefore no ability to dispute if/when things go wrong.

For those of you who have placed orders: are you at least getting shipping dates via DM?

wow, had not read this thread in a couple weeks. Not sure why people bother to engage the trolls who are clearly keyboard warriors with nothing better to do nothing but ignore the evidence that contradicts their assumptions based on nothing more than speculation and a desire to stir the pot. the only ones that really matter are the people who actually placed orders with their hard earned money. some who placed orders very early on are understandably upset with the unexpectedly long wait time and delays. it has been my experience that Reza has been pretty transparent and communicative about what has been happening and why. if anyone who placed an order thinks that it's a scam and the seats don't exist, all I can say is read my previous post regarding my visit to Zanasi in September. I saw several sets of seats that were pretty much finished and saw the beginnings of my order. I have no connection to Reza other than as a customer for these seats so no reason to cover for him. im pretty confident that orders will be arriving fairly soon and then all of the unnecessary mud slinging and speculation can be put to rest. Just my two cents

Maybe you don't fully understand how illegal it is to make counterfeit parts and steal intellectual property like logos and designs. These seats are not Ferrari seats but are branded as such. Best outcome would be to work with Ferrari to get them safety certified and officially licensed so Ferrari can get their cut for using the logo. Imagine if a Ferrari branded replica seat has safety issues.

And how can Zanasi use the logo illegally without repercussions? Lots of questions from the very beginning that were dismissed by Reza. See specifically below, when asked about licensing he deflected and said they are not branding or apply logos "themselves" thereby blaming Zanasi for any trademark infringement

All the integrity in the world is meaningless if Ferrari have told Reza and Zanasi that the seats have to be destroyed. I hope I'm wrong and that buyers get their seats, but this is Ferrari we're talking about.

I hate to say this but if Reza just kept this on FChat as a sort of "group buy" he probably would have snuck by and Ferrari's lawyers wouldn't have cared so much.

I for one am so sorry to hear of this. He put so much work into this to make them *just* right.

I hope the molds and tooling are stored safely for one day this project to come back somehow.
