When I replaced the clutch in my 91 TR a few years back I used an oem “kit” I bought at the local dealer in Modena. It was made by AP and worked great. The clutch looked almost new when I recently took it out to replace the worn flange the throw out bearing rides on.

Anyone have the instructions that came with the AP kit? Maybe someone can post a copy? I bought a single plate conversion / upgrade kit that does not work and need to go back to stock (I was stupid to change from the stock setup in the first place).

From memory the placement of washers is key and the shop manual is not that detailed.

    Hello JohnMH,
It turns out that the clutch housing is dismantled on my Testarossa (small leak in the control system). I can take photos for you if you tell me what you want to see.

I havebt checked, if the BB and Testa have the same clutch. But in the BB WSM, there is a detailed explenation.

Thanks to all for the photos and information. I think I found the flaw with my installation of the single plate upgrade kit - with any luck I should be able to use it. It would be useful if the BB and the TR share a clutch assembly.
