Ferrari is kicking ass! To quote the Aussie commentators: "At the moment, Ferrari is absolutely slaughtering the rest of the pack!"
FERRARI RULES!!!! Let's hope everything keeps going ok! Hehe, think about how fans of other teams are sitting in front of their tv's now! It's 05.10 AM on the mainland of Europe now. Greets, Alex.
Only 16 laps to go; Ferrari still placed 1 and 2. Michael has now lapped every driver up to 7th place!
2 more laps! Almost home! AND still 1-2! Nice third for Alonso too! Williams and McLaren have some work to do! Greets, Alex.
Schumacher led from start to finish, and set some stunning lap times which were even quicker than he managed in qualifying. Cool weather conditions in Melbourne played into Ferrari's and tyre supplier Bridgestone's hands, leaving the Michelin-shod opposition to fight for the final place on the podium. Rubens second, then way back, Alonso third for Renault, Ralf Schumacher finished fourth, ahead of Williams team-mate Juan Pablo Montoya, who slid off at the first corner and suffered problems in all three pitstops. Jenson Button finished sixth for BAR, ahead of Jarno Trulli (Renault) and David Coulthard (McLaren).
FORZA FERRARI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 down 17 more to go..... Can we make this a perfect season 18 races 18 wins????

Shumacher could have lapped the field up through 4th if he had kept the second runs lap times in the third. Stunning performance by the team. I wonder how much Ferrari is holding back. And hats of to Alonzo for keeping the Ferrari boys honest.
You can bet the other teams are going to be doing a lot of work before Malaysia. Ferrari have always struggled there, and Michelin have shone. It will be much much closer there. Might even be worth backing Alonso in the Fantasy F1 leagues....Renault got pole and second on the grid there last time.
