Sorry if I missed it on another thread. But did the wrecked Enzo sell at auction?
Yes, my friend Martin told me it sold at auction for $400k!!!!!!!!!!! Jackasss for paying so much for that car. The front tub alone will cost him $200k to replace. Crazy
Right, what I was curious about was why the auction result was reported in this currency as opposed to dollars. WHere was the car crashed? --Dan
I purchased the wreck for $346k or there abouts. The tub and all main running gear aft of the steering wheel are fine. It needs all new cosmetics from the B pillar forward. It needs new glass and anything mechanical in the front. The parts + labor bill is soft at this point, but I am thinking $130k. Never let Carbon drive your hardware.
I think that may make you the first Enzo owner to step forward and ID themselves on this site! Congrats! Like you, obviously, the damage didn't look that bad to me. Let's go with that baby!
I watched the car sell for around 579k and some change.Even considered throwing a bid on it to say I did.It also stated the repair estimate was circa 400k. Joe
