    Do any of you guys have diahgrams or pictures of how the ferrari f1 transmission works?? I'd like to know as i am ohhhh so curious.

    I don't have a diagram but, I can tell you how it works. The left paddle is for down-shifting and the left paddle is for up-shifting. With foot on the brake, pull back the right paddle to put the car in first. Pulling both at the same time puts the car in neutral. Pretty simple. However, if you either over rev or slow down without shifting, the F-1 will do it for you. To put it in reverse, pull the lever on the console up and back slowly. Upshifting properly requires you to keep a steady pressure on the accelerator. Hope this helps.

    You might want to search the old F-Chat archive. I remember someone posted a diagram of the F1 system (355?).

    As for "F1 Transmission", the gearbox is the same as the manual shifting one. Just to clarify.
