You might find this usefull as well, http://www.dukevideo.com/products/deptVC1.htm At the moment only the '03 season is available on DVD, but on VHS it goes right back to the 60's.I'm sure they'll bring out the older seasons on DVD soon though.
Thanks for that link. However I wouldn't go as far as saying "it goes right back to the 60's": If you look what they offer from that period, it is surprisingly (or not so) little. No annual review as it is done today. I have 1970 - 03 on an annual basis, but nothing before. I'm planning on putting something together myself by grabbing footage from all kinds of sources. But it won't be easy nor cheap.
