I was kind-of proud of the fact, that on the old board, my post of my car was the oldest message (done on Nov. 30th, 2000) on the site...

...Looks like hundreds beat me on this new one! :D

Very nice! I also appreciate the important bit of trivia. In the future, should you be referred to as Godfather? In the meantime, Don Peter; do you get your chariot out and about often enough for your pleasure?

Wax, I'm no Don, just some guy... :D

Yes, I do, in fact, I was out in it today. Did some errands with it, just what they were designed for!

Thats odd, I thought Canadian GT4's had moose antlers on the roof or is that just a seasonal thing?

    Looking good Peter!

No, they just have some tough cops in Canada who'll pull you over for the slightest thing!

Barry, I had forgotten about that picture of yours... I get a good chuckle out of that one, everytime I see it! (You mind if I have a copy of that?)

    Antlers... Good one DJ!

    Peter,

I had fun making that one too. The picture was made for you. I'll send a copy via email as well.

Here's the picture of our hero that I used in my Photoshop exercise. Of course, Dudley Doright is rescuing Nell.

Peter, does your car have a VIN plate in the door jam? Mine has one under the front hood on the Driver's side ledge (just over the wheel arch). Never seen anyone else with my type of VIN plate. I'll try to take a picture. Since our cars are pretty close I thought I'd ask.

Yep, mine's on the door jam.

Maybe the one that's on your car is pertinent to Euro types of GT4? Is the VIN plate a simple three-line type ("Tipo/Type, Motore/Engine, Autotelaio/Chassis") ?

Yes, post a picture of the plate and the location...

Yes. Actually, I would love to take/drive it out to TO & Montreal. There are still many many friends and family who haven't seen my car and it would be great for them to see it in person.

Besides, for a GT4 convention/gathering, all of you guys are out in that end of the country, it seems like I'm the only one out here (literally)!

While we are comparing cars, can you take a pick of your wheel bolts? Mine look very different from the 308's. I'll post a pick.

I suppose the pic you'd like to see is with the bolt off the car, correct? I got my new fuel pump and will be installing it soon so I'll have the rear wheel off for access and can take pics of the bolts then.
