Looks really good. I don't know how many. WWOC has or recently had a blue/blue expample for sale Motorcars Intnl. in Springfield also has or recently had a blue / tan example for sale.
Photo was taken at the Ferrari Racing Days at the Nürburgring in 2002. I have been fotunate to see it in person and it is absolutely stunning! Blue looks so good on Ferraris! Don't know how many 512 TR's there are in this colour, but you don't see it that often so I think it is quite rare.
Awesome! Also looks great in Azzurro : Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Absolutely beautiful in this color. Very rare, I have never seen one this color, would not be surprised if it is a repaint. Just talking to a buddy of mine who knows quite a bit about the 512tr (he introduced me to the car) and he believes that this color was not available on the model. Doea anyone know different.
I think Grady told me there are six (6) in the USA ? The one at Motorcars has been repainted in the doors or quarter panel ? Shelton Ferrari did the paint work.
Ohhh yeahhhh, I agree. Then again I'm biased. The Pozzi Blue is nice too, just not mean enough looking for me.
I do not know ? I love how a salesman ducks a question. They never answered me on that one. Was it vandalism ? Was it a wreck ? It was a few dollars to repair the paint. We are still waiting for the repair paperwork to be faxed !!!!!! That is a good one. I think the paint repair was in the area of 5-7K ? They wanted initially somewhere in the low 90's for the car with 6K miles. That is a very low price for that many miles. The car had at the time of being initially listed, few records. It is still available forsale. It is a one owner car. Slag I do not know of a website that has Grady's car listed ? I am sure in the Texas section you will find some pics. The Lamborghini Club Texas, will also have some pictures.
Is that first car really Pozzi? Hard to tell frm the photo, but it looks metallic and Pozzi is not. TDF? Chiaro? It is beautiful none the less!
I think the first car is Blu Sera (evening blue). Check out www.red-headed.com. This is a very good reference on colours, production numbers, etc. on all TR models.
Blu Sera is darker than blu TDF. If this car wasn't repainted , yes it looks to be blu Sera. Ramon, Great find!
It looks incredible in Grigio Metallic. I think the 355 GTS and the 512TR are my favorite Fcars ever. All look great in black and in blue's.
agree---love my 512tr in black but....she shows every tiny spec of dirt and seems to attract all impurities in the air so it's a bit clean/shinny-challenged.
Hi John, I have seen one in Brisbane Australia. It is for sale at present and is this colour. It is a one owner and only has about 7000kl on clock This is an original colour and the one over here has beautifull cream coloured upholstery a magnificent colour for a big car regards Tony FRARI
Probably see Grady's at FCA Houston Chapter under "Events". He drives it, as already mentioned, fast!
