Just purchased a 348 challenge, went to pay taxes, per year 1,300 personal or 1,700 if in my business name. I've often wondered about incorporating in Nevada or Delaware, you see this advertized enough. Any legitimate tax savings there?

Nevada doesn't have reciprocity with the IRS ets so you can remain anonymous should your corp be sued. THat is the benefit of the Nevada Corp.

Not sure on any tax advantages that a standard corp would not give you.
