    worst sound:
One 355 challange car crashing into another :-(
Had to hear this on the racing days several times. (gladly as a visitor, uff)
Bad sound as well: 456 GT engine explosion on that notorious video :-(
All others are good enough to me, even the 4 cylinder 500 Testarossa and
750 Monza that I could hear at the Mille Miglia.

Compared to the pre-electronic gear change days they sound horrible. Before these no-brain-required-gearboxes were invented you used to get:

    screeeeam-BLIP-BLIP-BLIP-feather throttle on acceleration-SCREEEEEEEEEAM

As an F1 car slowed and down changed for a corner, etc. Loved that blipping down through the gears ... and I have to admit that all my club racing cars used to be the biggest blippers ever seen and heard :D :D ... with a very happy PSk inside ;)

The current F1 cars (and not just Ferraris). The high rpm is grating on the ears; I never used to need earplugs, but I do now! I long for the sound of the late 60s V-12s or the 70s flat-12s! Even the last of the F1 V-12s sounded better than the current V-10s.

A 355 with a leaking exhaust manifolds, sounds like a poorly carb'd moped.
Agree 100% that a 360 does not sound as good as a 355. There's that 3500rpm howl, and then the stunning 6000-8500 rpm range.
A stradale is impressive, but not as refined and rich.
