    Last Friday my wife and I, along with two friends, went pot-luck to a local bar to see some live music. One of the bands was called "Antigone Rising", an all-female band that rocks. They come from New Jersey, and they're on their way to the South by Southwest festival, and definitely have potential.

    Antigone Rising has been around for the last few years. They are all girl based and play to some large crowds in niche city. They are a very 'independent' based band, managed by CEG Music.
