    Searched the old archives... found conflicting information.

    From the archives;
    33mm = Fiat / 2 valve Ferrari (?)
    29mm = Volvo / 4 valve Ferrari (?)
    25mm = TR specific (?)
    Insufficient consensus in the archives to draw a conclusion.

    So... What is the REAL diameter of the TR shim?

    Any good sources out there for 'off the shelf' tools to depress the buckets and R&R shims? Something cheap enough not to compel me to go the homemade route....

    Thanks in advance,
    Vince

    I just bought a 29 mm shim kit (144 shims) for $299 - that's just over 2 bucks each, all nicely labelled and such.
