Fantastic drive home last night I'd welcome input on the Climate Control and Clutch though - see my posting in 'General Discussion' Cheers, Dan
That car's in lovely condition Dan, and excellent photos too; especially like the sunset one. Beautiful. Well done. Kevin
Dan Absolutely B E A Utiful! The condition is as new, and the colour combo looks great too. Love to see it in the flesh soon. In about 2/3 years time i'd love to trade up to a 456, which is by far the best looking 2+2 Ferrari has made IMO. Just dont turn it into a garage queen! Me and the Mrs just went down to IKEA in mine. Am i mad???
Lovely pictures!! Stunning car! Silver really is THE color for a 456! Don't think you should worry about your clutch or climate control! Clutches in such performance cars are always heavy and the a/c in Ferraris .... they usually aren't perfect! Enjoy the car!! CIAO... Guy
It sounds like you just need to get used to the clutch.Just slip it into neutral when in heavy traffic. The 355's heavy-ish, especially compared to my wife's BMW Estate. Can't comment on the A/C , hope it turns out ok for you. Tony
Tony, Heavy clutch on a 355? You haven't lived, and my AC runs at either inferno or icebox with nothing inbetween! Ahhh. The joys of a classic! Stig.
Stunning car Dan. My CEO traded his 456 for a new Maserati and can't wait to get back in to a 'rarri.
Thanks for the kind words guys She is a beauty and condition-wise almost like a new car. I still can't believe that these babies are available in this condition under £50K. I even got a comprehensive two-year warranty. Left her back at the dealers this morning to (hopefully) have the climate control sorted. I'm away in the States until the 29th anyway, so I'm not too miffed. I'll be gagging to get back inside her when I get back though!! Dan
Very nice car Dan, I think that colour suits the 456 the best. The car looks as-new ! And as for the price.. you just can't beat it can you ? As Adnaan says, just make sure you drive it plenty !
