    I have been a fanatical Ferrari fan since I was 11 years old and for the last 5 years, I have been a Ferrari stalker as I attended every Ferrari event in my area and have even traveled thousands of miles just to look at Ferraris. About 3 weeks ago (2-26-04) I purchased my first Ferrari. It is a beautiful 1982 308 GTSi, Silver with Black interior. It is a european model and has a fantastic sound. I purchased it from another F-Chat member, who is also a VERY GOOD friend of mine. My dream has been realized! The last 3 weeks have been just amazing, I have put about 950 miles on it and have loved every one. Unfortunately I have missed two FCA meets after getting the car (the first two consecutive I have missed in about 5 years). I look forward to showing the car off to the other members.

    Great color on the 328, congratulations!
    What color is that mondial in the background? It looks blue and black all at once, I think its black with the sky reflecting blue, but I cant tell for sure.

    If you get a chance could you please show us a pic of the rear right or left side. The 308-328 looks best from the rear.

    The Mondial is Chiarro Blue. It is a 1993 Mondial T Valeo.

    Thanks everyone for the nice words. It has been a fantastic couple weeks. I am going out to the garage now to clean it up, it really doesn't need it, but it give me an excuse to spend more time with it.


    I will have to take more the ones I took that day had a big glare on them from the sun. Not presentable for F-Chat.

    Many congratulations ! Very nice 308 you got there.

    The GTS is always my favourite.

    Remember to spend time on your car regularly, ie. drive, clean, service the car.

    Great cars and congrats !!!! BUT what has happened to this country when we have wonderfull roads as in those picturs and the speed limit is 35 miles an hour I AM IN SHOCK AS STEVE WOULD SAY "enjoy the WALK"
