    I just got my April issue of Hemmings Motor news in the mail. And as I was looking through the Ferrari section,saw an ad for an " '82 308GTS. Fire damaged engine compartment.Bill of sale only. $8,995.00. kimmotor.com. "

    Could be a nice ,extensive "sweat equity" project for someone knowledgable and capable of fixing it. I have no clue as to how severely it is damaged. But,saw the ad and thought that I'd pass it along.

    Probably would cost more to fix it than to buy a ready to drive example.I guess it depends on how bad the fire was though.

    I think the car has been sold. I contacted the guy about it when he first got it (a month ago) and he gave me a price of $7,995. Shortly thereafter the price went up a $1000

    It used to be on their web site www.kimmotor.com

    But since the pics are gone I'm assuming it's also gone too. It didn't look too bad (the fire that is) and it had great aftermarket wheels.
