I wonder how many UK Chatters will be paying a subscription to F.Chat?
or whether there are any views about staying or going elsewhere to chat.

    Warren,

Have I missed something? Paying a subscription? At what cost, and from when?

If not too pricey, I'd be inclined to stay here, as interest is high.

Perhaps there are some computer geeks (far geekier even than myself) on here who can help\advise of what's involved in setting up an independent Forum.

There is always the FOC forum, but I do not know how viable this would be as I'm unaware what proportion of Fchatter are FOC members. Perhaps another poll is called for....

Well, if that's all it's gonna cost, I too will stay for sure.

It will take a long time to build up to the good karma levels that are sustainable here.

I'd be quite happy to sign up to the Silver level, can't see the extra benefit of Rossa. Unless all the UK guys join Rossa and have their own private Rossa only chats that I can't get in on!

I have some concerns about how Rob will ensure that the site will not lose the non-US people (folk)

Chose to subscribe to Rosso, but not so much for the additional facilities. I saw it more as an opportunity to acknowledge the work Rob has done in setting up this shrine to all that is Ferrari. It has brought me more contact and opportinity so far than the FOC, and for that I am deeply thankful, and that is worth £27 of my money (oh yeah, only bought a year as I'm a pikey git!)

I'm in the "don't know" camp still. I certainly don't think the amounts are substantial. I am stuggling with the principle of paying.Anyway I'llprobably do it 'cause I'd really miss you guys if I didn't. By the way how do you make the payment ?

Do most of you post on Pistonhead's Ferrari forum? It's free :)

I'd probably join the Silver but i feel the main advantage of the internet is that i can jump between forums easily and without charge... if all the forums i visit became a paid service then i'd be skint! hehe
