    Yup, time to level the house before the garage falls off :) Does anyone have any experiences (good or bad) with local foundation repair companies? If so, I'd love some feedback. You can PM or email me if you wish.

    I haven't had to use these guys, but they come recommended from some investors I know. Tell them that and that you want investor pricing so they don't gouge you. I guess they'll go to Lewisville.

    Not really relevant to this, but a good story anyway. My neighbor had 'foundation problems' that turned out to be a leak in the main sewer pipe under his house. They had to jackhammer 4-3'x3' holes in his foundation, then they tunnelled between the holes to replace the entire sewer pipe. They had a little hispanic guy that did the tunnelling and replaced the pipe. They called him the mole.
