    ...but,it was on a Big new,White, Ford Crown Victoria. With a very old couple driving inside. I was hoping that he and I would have been caught at a stoplight together so that I could have asked him the significance of his plate. Oh Well... By the way,this was on RT.38,(Roosevelt Rd.) out in Warrenville.
