Fox Valley Motorcars Track Event - May 3

Dear Track Enthusiast:

Our Annual Spring Track Event is scheduled for May 2nd and 3rd, 2004 at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, Michigan.

As always, we invite you to the dinner and drivers’ meeting on the 2nd (Sunday night) at the Vineyard Restaurant. Dinner will begin at 7PM with a short drivers’ meeting afterwards. While the dinner and meeting are not a required part of your track experience, you will not want to miss a great night with other participants and some excellent food!

Cost for the event is still $350, and must be paid prior to the event. We will no longer accept payment at the track. You can either mail or drop off your payment, or call us with a credit card. The event is limited to only 30 cars, and the spots will go quickly. We are accepting drivers on a first-come basis, so it is to your benefit to register early. Simply fill out the enclosed Technical Inspection sheet and return it with the payment and the entry form.

In addition, you must make your own arrangements for lodging. Most of our friends stay at the Old Harbor Inn located on the harbor and about two blocks from the Vineyard Restaurant in downtown South Haven. To make a reservation, please call them at 269.637.8480. Or you may opt to stay at the Guest House Inn which is right off the highway. Their number is 269.639.9900. Both places are offering special rates for our customers, so just tell them you are with Fox Valley Motorcars.

Participants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, have a helmet, and have seatbelts in the car. Your vehicle must have good tires, brakes, and steering, and have no leaks. You, or a trusted technician, must certify your car’s condition on the tech inspection sheet prior to registering. Fox Valley Motorcars’ Service Department can perform this inspection for you.
