I don't know if its the first time I see a 360 CS in Rosso Fiorano , but anyway it looks incredible! Did anyone on f-chat ordered one in this color? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I thought long and hard about it... but didn't in the end. However, in those daylight pictures, that looks too dark and too flat to be Rosso Fiorano. In sunlight, Rosso Fiorano has a strong gold metallic pick up that gives it a slightly orangey look. Are you sure its Rosso Fiorano? (Pictures and computer screens can be deceiving... so I don't doubt that it is... just wondering.)
Are you sure its Rosso Fiorano? Well I didn't find these pics written Rosso Fiorano beside the pics but just looking at it , to me its that. Like Gary said...Looks like Fiorano on my screen.
Yeah like this 550 Maranello. first pic....the sun hitting the car. second pic ....side with no sunshine. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes, those 550 pics look like Rosso Fiorano on my screen... those CS pics look like a non-metallic... maybe Barchetta... but actually they look even darker than Barchetta... more like a color I saw on a Maserati recently... what was the name of that again... Rosso __... umm... darn, I'm horrible with names! Chet, you listening? What was the dark burgundy color name on that Maserati you had on the floor a few months ago???
Yup rosso Barchetta is lighter so its not that color. But still they look a bit the same. picture: color..rosso Barchetta Image Unavailable, Please Login
Maybe Rosso Rubino? like on this 250 Lusso and 246 GTS. What are your thoughts? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ohhh, that 246GTS is beautiful!! In a few years, I'd love to get a 246GTS for concorso's... it'll be a great match for my Stradale... but what color... matching Titanium would be cool... but that Rubino looks mighty fine!
Looks like Rosso Fiorano to me also. Pic is my RF in bright interior light. Image Unavailable, Please Login
As Brian C. said, I think this looks like a non-metallic colour. But unfortunately I don´t know the name of the colour. It looks great anyway
You know, a strange thing happened today. That photo of the 246 was the first I've ever seen in a dark red of any description. That was early this morning. Later on, I actually saw one, LHD, on the A40 outside Oxford (the one in England). It looked a bit dull in the flesh. Mind you it was overcast today and it probably needs full sun to get the best out of it. A bit further on there was a black 360 spider too.
Found my answer: Maserati has a color that looks like that called Rosso Bologna. And no, its not a light pink meat-ish color.
I thought rubino is basically purple - at least it used to be. Because I believe the mysterious (or perhaps not so mysterious anymore) 275 GTBC here http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12272&page=1&pp=20 is rosso rubino.
I was saying to myselft the same thing. You know that 250 Lusso and that 246 Dino picture I posted....both are rosso rubino( it was written on the website I found it) and to me the 250 Lusso looks more purple. Maye Ferrari changed the rubino color over the years?
IMHO, the Stradale looks non-metallic, so my guess is Barchetta. The fact that it looks alittle darker may be an effect of the camera settings.
