Anyone going to Thunderhill this Friday the 21st. The event is put on by Ferrari Club of America.

I just found out about it today.

I'm seriously thinking of going. $275/ fire extinguisher/ SA95 helmet, and, of course, a Ferrari. :)

I met Dave Wilson yesterday, who told me about it. Funny, he told me $250. :D *really* nice guy. I was hanging out @ Tony's when he showed up. Started peeking at the 550, said he wanted to buy one. I let him drive mine (MAN can he drive!)...took it up to his place on skyline and back down.

I am debating showing up - problem is that with Thunderhill, it's far away enough where staying the night before it probably a good idea. That means you leave early on Thanksgiving eve...not exactly a possibility.

Because of the timing, there should be a lot of open spots, though.

Yes, Dave can drive a bit.
Dan, Its this comming friday, not thanksgiving eve.
$250 for FCA members, otherwise $275.
Unfortunatly I've let mymembership lapse. :(

I leave here (Los Altos) about 5:00 am, get there in plenty of time.

Just found out from the boss I can go, so I'll be there.

It takes me a little over three hours, should only take you about 2 hours at the speed you go :) :)

I believe they will run in the rain, but I won't.

Art: I am debating it still, and as Dave mentioned, rain might make it worse.

Right now it looks like a no-go. Are you karting this weekend?

Depends on traffic, I left at 5:00, got there at 7:30. comming home took about 3 1/2 hours. I usually allow 3 hours each way.
