Waldo, thanks a lot for your thoughts. But San F. USA? My car has never been there and will never go there. I wil keep it as personal as possible...like the licence plate. My thoughts are: Cavallino? Mountains? Race track? Country Road w/sea Trees? any other ideas?
Ey Wolf, I thought so...but like I said: I didn't know if you wanted 'reality' or 'fantasy' and for your car SF would be fantasy ... But I like that city so much...and the view!...that's why I had to post it to you I wouldn't do the Cavallino...so ordinary. Perhaps a nice corner of the Nurnbergring? Or the pits? That could be nice? Or on a parkingspace in the mountains (at night...with full moon and lot's of stars...some distant trees... )
Hey Wolfgang, goodmorning, What a great idea is that !!! It really looks superb. Amazing how detailed the drawing is already, that guys is a true artist !!!! How much do you ask for the first pencil prototype? Joren REMANS
@Waldo, thanks for your thoughts & ideas. We are still not 100% sure but I will trust in Carsten to fet the right surrounding for the "beast". Maybe some Swiss mountain roads?!?! @Joren, thats getting an original one-off-a-kind but I think Christina will do a limited print off series?!?! I will ask him. Of course the original drawing will be soon in my private living room and never ever for sell The price of the drawing depense on the work and hours. Each is individuell and should be discussed between the principal and Carsten. Feel free to ask Carsten for a personal drawing of your "black-lobster". You can get in touch with him over his web-site: www.bugattiart.com or here over ferrarichat.com - he is of course also a registered member here
Wolfgang, what do you think about some little detail pictures around the "beast" and the Cavallino behind?? Very nice drawing, you are a lucky man. Frank B.
Thank you Frank, I will talk later to the "master" and let him know your ideas. I`m geting more & more excited to see the end of the drawing
I have a suggestion to propose, one Testa Rossa of 1958 or 1959/60 in the turn of "Karrusel" on the Nürburgring.
You are very welcome, brilliant idea! Also of course Waldo. I will drop Christian an email with your suggestion or maybe he can response here himself??? @CHRISTIAN....thats your turn!

Hi Carsten, got all the drawings framed yesterday evening and they are well packed for the presentation today Sorry for my poor PM response; it was a hard and busy week in my firm. For all the other gents; about the drawing: I have got from Carsten yesterday a package with a print-out of my beloved "Wolfarossa-Mobil". Still without the background and not the original drawing - a wonderful high quality print copy! First time I see it in reality! Its amazing and looks absolut stunning - impossible to compare it with the pics I have seen here on the board - you must see it live!!!! I will keep you all updated on the drawing process...... Thanks Carsten and have a wonderful Sunday together with Tina. Yours wolfgang
If you do decide that a fantasy background would be good, there are some great images for inspiration on this site.. http://www.lightandmagic.co.uk/
Hi Marc, thanks buddy, wonderful link & hint. This pics remembers me the old LP covers from "YES" in the `70th But I think we will take a real background for a real car?! Hey Marc, whats up on yopur island? Hope you are next time a bit closer to Heidelberg....berlin is a bit too far away for a cap/taxi trip CU & regards to Mark....haven`t seen him here for a long time.
Woooow, just got from Carsten the wonderful mail with the final testarossa drawing!!!!!!! The "Wolfaross-Mobil" has been perfect finished!!!!!! It looks so breathtaking.....like the real on! Still no background, which will be added later (after some more brain storming) The testarosa drawing is now also shown at his personal web-site! www.bugattiart.com I will keep you updated with the background. A very, very happy & proud Wolfgang Enjoy & "give your reaction" (oh, I love this Waldo-thanks for the input)
