    If you have the F1 gearbox in the sport or race mode or perhaps it is different in the 360C car, does the gearbox signal automatically rev the engine as you paddle downshift before you go into gear? Can it do so smoothly so as not to chirp the rearend and upset rear traction...i.e. not feel the shift...you know like a professional can heal/toe downshift.

    Yes, on downshift, the computer will blip the throttle to match engine speed to wheel speed at the clutch, resulting in a smooth downshift. Assuming you are under low g's at the time... if you are decelerating hard, you will certainly feel as you go for a moment to low-g coasting for a few milliseconds and then back to high-g deceleration... but it will be as smooth as possible given that.
