    Very much enjoyed the 5th Gear test of the 612.

    But I found the crash test of the Renaults rather harrowing;

    It made me think, how safe are we when we're out and about in our Ferraris?

    I assume Ferrari have never taken part in the NCAP tests, but presumably they are obliged to be crash-tested by the manufacturer at some point to some sort of international standard?

    Has anyone any anecdotal evidence (or personal experience!) of how well Ferraris perform in a crash?

    Robert.
