Anybody a fan? I find them strangely attractive with their often goth styling...saw a '67 or '68 charger r/t yesterday, got the juices boiling...had the hideaway headlights that were cool, then a Cutlass 442 on the way home...benefit to working in the hood;)

66 Drives like a REALLY fast TANK, the new one drives quite well

66 corners like a brick, new one like a brick with a string tied to it

66 stops like an ocean liner new one stops quite smartly

66 has the road feel of a yoga ball (big and mushy) new one is very good

I love cars of all decades! I could pick cars many of them from any decade since cars were first being mass produced that I would love to have and or drive!

I bought a 69 Hurst Olds new. Great car. It had a 455 cu Tornado engine that was beefed up by Hurst. One of the first automatic transmissions that you could control the shift on. And, it got 20 mpg. Haven't seen it since she got it as part of the emergency divorce agreement. I got to keep the VW bug. Best decision I ever made but, at times, I have missed to Hurst Olds.

Love those 66 GTO's! If only mine had those 3 little letters and the 389 tri-power in it I would be set.

I remember having a magazine with a 69 GTO Judge in bright orange on the cover when I was a kid. I always thought that was the coolest car. Had hidden headlights and a hood tach. Sweet!

    I'm a big fan (see profile). :)

A little polyurethane, some KYB's and sway bars and these things will corner just fine. You can get help in the brake department too, although that's a little more expensive.

Gotta go Mopar though, forget about that Brand X stuff. ;)

Im a big fan of old Musclecars, the original GTO was amazing, and the older Camaros are great.

Supposedly the Dodge Charger is coming back on the Chrysler 300C/Dodge Magnum/ Mercedes E chassis, which sounds fun if the do it right.
