    Hi,

anyone know of a part compatibility for the window switches on the mondial t..they sure look like "stock" auto stuff and might be cheaply sourced from another manufacturer parts bin...how about the side mirror switch...maybe we need a parts cross reference forum for all this stuff -- could save thousands

I am sure I read somewhere they were the same as an Alfa 75, but that may have been on an earlier model.

I believe the mirror switch is a BMW part. Should be ID on the component.

It is indeed a BMW part:
BMW Mirror Control Switch with Change Over - 61311363459 - Genuine BMW
    For select models of M5, 733i, 633CSi, 535is, 535i, 533i, 530i, 528i, 528e, 524td, 320i

Got it for $54 (shipping incl. plus sales tax) from Pelican Parts. Installation takes under one minute but you have to Dremel the plastic part (yellow line in the picture above) as the factory did back in the '90s.

Et voilà, both mirrors now operate as they should. :)
