    Does anyone know if/when Hotwheels are going to bring this model out in Blue/Silver. For some reason with the 456M, they only made it in that Grigio Ingrid sort of colour....and I do not like the look of the 612 in Red.

    i am with you on not liking the red, I don't care for it either, from what I hear, we are all looking at June, or July as a release. I thought that I was the only one who hated the 612 in red.

    The blue version is available in a dutch webshop, so I don't think they have limited to 500 units.

    According to my Exoticar catalog that I recieved yesterday, the 612 will also be available in silver/grey.

    It was Release in Red for Hotwheels for General Public.
    Release in Blue was in Detroit Show Limited to 500 units.
    You can contact Cavallino Models and order it in any color you want.

    I might just send it to my local Ferrari garage, they have painted Ferrari models for me in the past using their bodyshop facilities. Blu Pozzi perhaps???..

    it's good to see I'm not the only one avoiding the buy Scaglietti in Rosso Corsa, red doesn't suit sober mature cars well.

    I bought one in red, just because I collect only red 1:18 (and a few black). But, it does look better in blue or silver. I would love to see a real one in Grigio Ingrid.
