355 Carbon Fiber Seats?

    Does anyone recognize the make of these seats? I was thinking SPARCO but I cannot find any seats with carbon fiber framing or backs. Perhaps a custom made seat??

    Are these from your car? Or are you looking to find something similar? I have a Sparco catalogue I can look em up real quick.

    I believe those are the same type of seats as were in my challenge car. I had CF seats that were taken out of the Tommy Hilfiger #29 355 CH car. They look like 355 Daytona CF seats to me - a factory option available for upgrade for new 355's.

    Byron - Where can I get these seats and please don't say a Ferrari dealership. I tremble at the thought of what the Parts guy would quote me!

    Pimp Daddy - They are not my seats. I just found the car online and loved the seats - not necessarily in that color. I would be interested in those seats if they were black with the carbon fiber trim and frame.

    Those are some very nice seats. I would love those in a F355 GTS in Blue.

    Should have told me sooner, Jeffrey - I had retained my seats and sold my car w/o them... but then after going forward with the new car, I decided to just throw them in with my car... mine were black leather seats with CF backing. I believe they were a ~$10k option back in the day... don't quote me on that. Secondary market would be something around 4-5k... I would just go for some nice 360 or barchetta seats for that price! :)

    I am also looking for 355 carbon fiber sport seats. I have been looking forever.

    They are the optional "Sports seats" that Ferrari offered as a very expensive option. I had them in my 355 and I have the current version in my 360. They appear on ebay every now and again.

    They looked to be factory - I think I can make out a little horse emblem on the seats.

    What are you driving now? BTW, I heard your employer had a massive reduction the other day.

    Ryan and Noel - I hear you guys!! When I read that Byron GAVE his seats away with his car I almost had a s**t fit! Byron - How could you do this to me??? I wish one of the after market seat manufacturers would make a seat like this. It is very cool!

    The CF challenge seats from the 348 and 355 were OMP racing seats. The OEM seats you see in this thread are factory versions with DOT fittings and a covering (leather or alcantera [sp?]). If you really want some CF seat just do a google search for "OMP seats".

    I've been wanting to get a race seat for my office. There is nothing more comfortable, in my opinion. The OMP site offers an office kit, base and wheels, for $150. I just called Sparco, I like those better and they offer some nice adjustable ones. $379 for their office kit, base and wheels.
