Go for it Dave. My wife would kill me if another project showed up, and I have run out of places to stash things. If you have a place to keep, it might make an interesting track car project... Or drop the engine in the front [with half of it sticking up through the hood].

 

I saw it on ebay a month ago and it was a listed as a 308. How can you tell the difference?

 

It should have a frame series designation, like F106AB, or something like that.

 

Paul, you pose an interesting question! I would guess that it may indeed be a 308....here are my clues (guesses):

1) The spare tire hold down nut is fixed. On my 328 it is a "sliding" piece.

2) The rockers on my 328 (below the doors) are more flat looking, these have a bit of a curve, that I remember by 308 having...

Okay, pretty thin....anyone else?
