Pension fund managers & Finance people working for the State Treasury....

I was wondering if anybody on here is a portfolio manager for a pension fund...?? I was wondering if there is a publication that ranks pension fund managers, types of investment philosophy, and a directory for a list of contacts... I tried looking at some publications such as Pension & investment magazine and state government websites that post their annual report... There must be some publication that lists this in an efficient manner...
