    Chaps,

Any idea where I can get the plate which sits to the side of the accelerator pedal on a LHD 328 GTS?

You can see what I mean on the pic below. I currently have a white plasticy thing in place of the nice shiny thing in the pic below, which looks naff, especially as I am about to install my PH pedals (as per Slag328's pedals below).

    Thanks,

    Marc.

    Hi Tony,

I know Paul and have the gear knob and pedals from him, but didn't think he supplied the plate?

    Do you Mr H?

    Thanks Paul,

21 does seem to be the bit. What is the link you used to find that so I can order one?

    Thanks,

    Marc.

    Hi.

As usual, never a stright forward one...

I guess these may be right and left-hand drive or are they on each side of the tunnel ?

Anyway, the left one in the picture is #61832500 and the one on the right is #61816400. They are shown upside down.

Has anyone ever done anything really very stupid?

Following a purchase of the 'missing' bit above, and my car being in for a service, my conversation with Alistair at KHPC on Saturday went something like:

Alistair: Car is all ready for you.
Marc: Did you fit the kick plate?
Alistair: Aah, I was a bit confused by that. There was one already there.
Marc: Yes, but it's a horrible white plasticky one. I bought a nice shiny one.
Alistair: Did your nice shiny one come with a horrible white plasticky sticker on it?

DOH! The original was there all the time..just took 15 years before anyone thought to take the vile sticker off!!!

Anyhoo, anyone need a shiny kickplate?? Or does Jeff want it back??!

A fool is someone who does things like this. A bigger fool is some one who then posts it on a website. Hey Ho.
