This Saturday John and his family were involved in an unfortunate accident involving their 308gt4. This was whilst motoring to a Ferrari Club driver training weekend. I am sure all Ferrari Chatters wish him a swift recovery, my understanding is he suffered a fractured skull and a cut to the head. Luckily his wife and son were ok. Wet slippery roads were to blame. Unfortunately the rescue team were forced to demolish his car to extract him safely as he had rolled twice. Doors were still operational but the position of the vehicle wouldn't allow rescue crew to get him out. I am sure John will read this post whilst recovering so your wishes would be appreciated. I'd suspect that the first words out of his mouth were "Please tell me my family is okay". There is nothing more scary in the world than that, and nothing to be more grateful for once you hear "yes sir, your family is fine".

God bless the Moretti family, here's to a speedy recovery.
