Hi, I am looking at buying a 2001 Ferrari 360. The car is registered in Arizona and is a US car. My question is, will I be able to register it in California? Basically, is the 360 a 50 state legal car in respect to emissions?

    Thanks for any help

If it is a US car, yes it is. The only way you'd run into problems is if it is a converted Euro model.

The only problem you may have is during the required smog test. The new test is using a dyno and it took a few attemps to get my US 04 Spider to pass. I recommend you work with a Ferrari service place to get the smog certificate.
