    Hi Rob,
    Hi gents,

    regarding Rob`s question:
    http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13322
and the following discussion there; I started this poll.

    Rob,
we are a free section without any trolls or BS.
IMO there is no need for a moderator.
Please let us vote for our own decision!
For sure you can delete this thread & poll or ban me...just my thoughts and lets see what the european members vote for!

I think it's not that a big deal...
If there is one, he (or she?) wouldn't have a awful lot to do... Like I said in the other thread; no problems, no trolls, no big fights,... in the European section... yet...
Hey, maybe trouble begins, if there is a mod here :)...?

So, to answer the question; no, I think it's not really neccessary...

    Hi Wolf,
I also read the other tread about a moderator for the european section.
I do not think we already need it, we moderate ourselves :)

But if Rob thinks he needs somebody to help him somebody has to do it.
We have asked him for a european section and if he needs help now because its getting to big we have to help him.

So my vote= NO but if Rob needs help we must help him.

Not needed as far as I am concerned. We're a cool bunch in this neck of the internet! Hi everyone - I'm back from the Netherlands, but about to go down to Sicily.

    Cheers, MARK

I don't think that a moderator will do us any harm.
    What are you afraid of?

    Trevi,

I don't think that I would mind being a moderator because nothing would change.

Need a moderator, not to moderate, but be available when I'm not for any rogue posts. I'm very liberal with what I allow on FC and I hope that continues. I just don't have time to respond to every request anymore. With a moderator, if you "!" - report a post, it goes to the moderator and not me.

We've had a bunch of applicants, I only need one or two and will go with someone that has been a user awhile and has a decent post count. I'm sure some of the newer users would be great moderators, but this is the criteria as I have many users to choose from. Thanks.

On the european section we all have respect for eachother, no hesitating and for pornpictures there are other sites.

I voted no by principle, but since we are behaving so well, it would not make a change since there'd be nothing to delete and nobody to expell.
Hardwork though, keeping the bonkers in check.
