sorry to get off ferraris again but, Mark, i don't think thats a real gt3, i think (i may be wrong) all real gt3s had clear front indicators
Not me, I have a Tubi. I never go south of Tacoma with my 328; if I'm going any distance, it is usually to the "other" Vancouver. BTW, I'm coming down to Portland this weekend (Jan 24, but will be in the BMW, as the purpose of this trip is shopping (girlfriend)). Gotta take here to the outlet mall in Woodburn. Then visit my relatives in Lake Oswego.
No one has spotted any Ferraris in Portland since the first of the year? How depressing... I've been doing my part. I've had both the 456 and 365 out and about over the last week. Now the 365 is headed into the shop for some winter work, but plan to keep the 456 active.
Hi Don, Nice to hear that you are driving your cars around this time of year! Are you planning on going to the Ron Tonkin Tour/ Enzo's B-Day Club events on Feb 21st in Portland? I am hoping to be able to drive down from Seattle for the day....
Gary, I would be interested in making the run for the Ron Tonkin Tour. Maybe we could put together a group to go down to Portland?
I think I will try and make it to the Tonkin tour. His collection is always worth seeing. That is not a scheduled day off for me, though, so I will be on call. If I can make it, I will.
Too bad it isn't this week, I could bum a ride with one of you and pick up my car, but I have to be in Europe starting the 16th through the 24th.
Willis, Good idea! You should post something here and on our local chat about doing a caravan to Portland when the date gets closer. Maybe meet at Southcenter?
Saw two Ferraris on the road today. A red 355tb this morning, headed down Cornell, and a red/tan Mondial Cab downtown. The Mondial Cab is the same one I've spotted before-- it lives in my neighborhood, although I don't know the owner.
Black 308 with black honeycomb wheels--just off of 405 on Glisan (by the new hardware store, across the street for Sony Only). Anyone here?
I know the guy who owns that car. He owns Estes Clothes, which is also in that development. That car has been his daily driver, rain or shine, for years.
I saw a red 360 Modena coupe in front of Motors Sports International on Cornell Rd around lunchtime. It looked like it had Salmon plates.
Red/Tan 360 coupe, rear challenge grill, non-stock exhaust (? Tubi) headed south on highway 217, exited 72nd avenue, this a.m. about 11.
Red TR headed northbound on I-5 just south of Centralia, Monday afternoon. I debated for a moment about whether this should go in the Portland or Seattle spotter's thread, but Portland has fewer posts so here it is.
A red 360 coupe southbound on I-5 heading towards Eugene, Oregon yesterday around 3:30PM. I was heading back to Seattle in the opposite direction.
