Nice one Tony, I think we are edging towards a 355 for our first f-car. I really like this pic of Joe's spider: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Jonathan, Joe's car's a real gem , and up for sale ! Keep working on the old man and see if he'll stump up for the 360 Spider!!
Heres one of mine - and an impostor - Still Ferrari related though - as it was sprayed Rosso Corsa of Corsa !! (5 base coats & 10 clear coats!) Paul Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi everybody. I thought I'd throw one in of a day last summer at a pub in Coalville. My 308GTS and my mate Justyn's 348. Great weather, great beer and great location. Mick Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here's my favourite pic of my car - braking hard from 160 at Brunters in October: Image Unavailable, Please Login
MatKat..., No, it wasn't mine on Fifth Gear. If you're talking about the top Ten Ferrari programme, I think it was the Maranello Concessionaires press car, which gets quite a lot of use.... John
Thanks John,it was not the top ten show, they just showed a Daytona and made some comments(very good ones)never did get to see the top 10 one. Dave Mc
Felix, beautiful car, love the pic. I was wandering, is it the one that has the racing seats with the blue inserts ? It was for sale @ Rardley about 1.5 yrs ago and then came up for sale about 3 months or so ? I ask becasue I was too late the first time and I had already bought mine when I got called to say it was availbale again ! Philip
Hi Philip, bit of conversation on Felix's car here also; http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14217
Here are some of my fav pics so far. I actually have quite a few pictures of our meets but have not yet found out how to use the software yet. This is my first try. it takes quite some time dso i hope to have some more pics in a bit. I am really proud of one with Nick amsons GTO because i had to convince the girl from the entrance of the Galleria Ferrari @ the Autosport show to come and pose for me.. and she agreed Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Philip - it may well have been the one - I didn't buy it from Rardley but they tried to buy it from the Dealer I bought it from. It has the blue inserts and carpets as described and excellent condition. All I have had to do in line with the PPI is to replace the rear bearings. Did you look at in the first time around?
Felix, I think I may still have the word doc that I was sent with the full spec. I'll have a look. If I remeber correctly the car had about 14k miles with 3 owners. It was '97 car. The last owner had it for 1 year. Seemed to have all the servicing done at Maranellos. The two things that strike me are that 1) the seat inserts looked a lot more blue in that car vs your pictures and 2) they never mentioned that it was lowered. On the other hand it would be a huge co-insidense if there are 2 UK cars with the same unusual spec in 97. It's not like its a Rosso/Crema combo or something ! As for looking at it, I didn't get the chance to. I returned from holiday and called on the day that sale was made ! Philip
