    Can anyone recommend or point me in the direction of a hot rod and/or classic American car shop around LA (preferably Santa Monica)?

    are you looking for a shop, or a body shop, because my dad knows all the muscle car and hot rod guys. lots in orange county.

    Either or, someone with access to nice cars and who is willing to have them in a shoot for Spike! TV. Again, any help is MUCH appreciated.

    What car models do you need?

    If you need Mopars, come up to the Spring Fling car show at Woodley Park (Encino) this Saturday and Sunday. It's the biggest Miopar show west of the Mississippi. Superbirds, Daytona's and much more... especially Hemi's.

    By the same token if you want Fords, check out the Fabulous Fords sShow at Knotts Berry Farm on Sunday. My friend will have his original Boss 429 (Hemi) car out there.

    For Rods, come on down to Ruby's in Redoindo Beach on Friday nights. Last week we had about a hundred rods.

    I hope that this helps move you in the right direction.

    Fuddruckers on el Toro road in Laguna Hills, tuesday nights for hot rod shows. thursdays on main street in orange mopar/rod,
    donought derelicts saturdays in huntington beach, my dad goes there, i go to CCove. :) little father-son rift there.
