Posting/reducing Pictures

    I apologize for being a computer dope but I am trying to attach some picrtures and keep getting an error that says they are to large>

    Can someone please help me with how to reduce the size to something I can attach

    If you open the folder (within Windows) that your pics are stored... You can select one or all and then right click and choose to resize - best bet is to go 640X480. (I am assuming you are on windows XP).

    If you are not you can double click on the picture - and go to your editor and select Image and then Attributes - and change the width and height to a smaller size...

    Not a feature of Windows XP. You must have some software installed that gives you this option.

    for resizing? that's quite overkill for someone that needs a freeware app to resize.

    there's an ms powertoy that you can d/l from ms's site that gives you this ability. it doesn't come preinstalled though.

    Yes - it is a power toy - should be on your Windows CD under Misc. Apps...
