Alfa Romeo 8c2900B ... the perfect car.

As for a Ferrari, it has to be a 250LM. Won Le Mans, is gorgeous and technically with it. To me a far better car than the 250GTO.

Saying that I am waiting for Jim to put his engine in the P3/4 because that will be a very influential photo ... ;)

Oh, how I hate picking favorites! :) With so many fine automobiles made before '69 it'll be a tough choice even if its narrowed to just road cars.

Pre-war non Ferrari... probably, a Boat Tail Duesenberg Model J Speedster, but the general list is kinda long.

Post-war non Ferrari... I'm feeling the Jaguar XK120, but it changes. ;)

Ferrari... 250 GT SWB Berlinetta, with the competition aluminum body!

That's a 1964 250 GTO. It had a different body style than the '62 (on the left)

Oh, Kevin, I love the old Bentleys too. The Fastback coupe, actually, must must must be in my garage at some point. The sweeping lines are just gorgeous in person.

Without a doubt the ferrari 375 MM Pinin Farina Berlinetta, one of the 1953 Carrera Panamericana.(i think one is in the hands of the Shell Historic Race organizer Jean Sage, lucky guy) :) Dream....Close 2nd the 250 LM, Alfa 33 Strasdale or the Maserati 5000 GT Corsa. For one, the engine and transmission sharing the same oil bath. Later mods were referred to as a "split sump,"

and bad front-end lift at speed. An add-on chin spoiler hurts the styling.
