    A little birdie just told me that our friendly former troll, JRV, just had a judgement placed against him for several thousand dollars, to satisfy the money he refused to pay TWS for the track day he backed out of at the last minute last year. He already paid TWS $2500, and Lambo of Dallas gave him $5000 to cover these track costs, but he refused to pay TWS the difference, instead pocketing it. Now, by court edict, he must pay up.

    BWHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!!

    Dave's sources are usually pretty good and the JRV stuff kinda happened before you were here (for the most part at least)

    If it is under court order, then it is generally public record (unless judicated otherwise). Should be straightforward to get a copy of said litigation papers. Anyone? Anyone?

    Excellent & valid question, Rocky. The "birdie" was in the courtroom, along with the defendant & the plaintiff. So, unless she was blatantly lying to me, I would trust what I got.

    As for public documents, I suspect that is true: a judgement is public, right? I really dont' know that aspect of the law...

    Alan, when is that event, again? Sorry, I must have missed your post about it.

    Man, Dr. S! That's a pretty big order.

    I got a few Lambo Banners to show for it all, not much more.

    I saw Mr. Ed Perwien of Bluebonnet Farms last weekend for a drive and dinner.
    He and the Lambo Espada are doing fine!
