Hey - the ROE is on the Galluccio web site! Billed as a "world class Ferrari Car Show" http://www.gallucciofamilywineries.com/main.ihtml?page=events Sam - do you think we should try to get this into the Newsday?
Nice to see momentum building. You gonna let us know the current F-Car count, or are we going to be kept in suspense till the finale.
suspense Check out this if you haven't yet: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13798 Did I mention there will be an F40 at ROE???? Also, the trophies for 1st 2nd and 3rd place in the concours arrived Monday. Rather nice, if I do say so myself!
Hi Vik: Based on who has registered and who RSVP'ed, we've got 15. I expect quite a few more. Of those F cars, we've got an F 40, 355, 360, 456, 328, 308, 550, Dino, Mondial..some others I'm missing I'm sure...
List sounds great so far. I can not believe this event is going to be this big this year. Last year was great but this year is going to be AMAZING!!
Sam, when is the latest sign up date? i would not probably know until few days before he event if i can make it or not.
looks like we might have two 360 spiders there eli good chance for u to hear the capristo and test out the car with the upgrades
Utkarsh, i guess i have to make it there somehow. i realy want to see the difference. are you going up or your dad?
If money is an issue then i can send it to you and if i can't make it then just send me a t-shirt. not a big deal. $30 should not be an issue.
Eli, I'm not sure if I can be there but I am pretty sure my dad will attend its just that he doesnt know if he will be free till a couple of days prior.. You should definetely see one of us there though!
i won't know until few days before either due to my business trip but keep in touch and let me know. maybe we ride up there together.
ALSO...I have contacted FCA, NY Region. They will be putting the word out to the membership. There is a good possibility that the Fall ROE (yes, we may do this again) will be an official FCA event. That means that I will need to have the plans in place as of JULY for Fall. Whew...Let's see. NEW: Newsday has interviewed me on the event, and it MAY appear in the April 23rd edition.
Real-time ROE Weather here: http://www.weather.com/weather/local/11935?lswe=11935&lwsa=WeatherLocalUndeclared
GREAT! Wouldn't be the ROE w/o you! Also...Newsday has interviewed me on the event ( I guess it became big news now that Ed is attending). ROE may appear in the April 23rd edition. FYI On the day of, we will probably divide into groups for the caravan to the winery. Those who want to take the "scenic route" in a "spirited run" and those who wish a more leisurely pace. http://host01.ipage.com/~runoutea [email protected]
OK, Kevin, I'm putting you in charge of the weather. We need sunshine Saturday OR Sunday..see to it..you seem the type to get things done. Barney has plotted TWO routes to the winery. A spirited run and a casual pace. Drivers can take their pick. He put a lot of work into it; should be fun! http://host01.ipage.com/~runoutea
