Does anyone here have any good lead on a "decently priced" & no issue F1 360M (either 99 or 00). I am a bit bored of driving manual (my 512TR) and want the F1 driving experience....I'm not adverse to Euro models if priced right.

If any 360M owner has any special advices or pitfalls about 360M ownership, I thank you in advance for sharing your learning curve.

I'd just check the history and make sure that it suggests a problem free car. Find out where the owner had it serviced and verify records. These cars are quite good as long as you've got one with the no bugs. Not unless your lucky, the lower the price may mean stories.

Don't do it, no other car will measure up in the future, stop yourself while you can!

    Tom,

I'm considering selling my 2000 360 F1, 8,000 miles red/tan, red calipers, factory battery tender, tubi, intergrated radar detector. I have all the records since new (Jan. of 2001.) The price will be $132,000 firm. The only issue is the fuel gauge never reads 100% full, however it does function. Guess I need to change the sender. If interested send me a pm or e-mail ([email protected]) I will give you more details. I'll probrably start advertising it in May.

FWIW, I haven't seen a single Modena fuel gauge that reads full. Mine doesn't, and others I have been in didn't either.

Mine does, but not for long!

Sometimes it takes forever to fill the tanks -- maybe because of trapped air.

My 360 is at Lake Forest getting a 5K service, slave cylinder seal replaced, and while there is getting a new fuel tank sending unit. I've heard that almost all 01's have that problem.
