Go to www.owners.ferrari.com F1 Test Day with Schumacher at Fiorano Photos Look carefully in the background of the 12th and 13th photos. Note the black car with the wing. Scoop?
Well it must be something big, those people in the background arent even looking at the F1 cars, just the black one in the back. Aweasome, thanks!
i don't think it's an enzo gt. it'd be a nice surprise, but it's most likely the MC12. could ferrari really pull off something like this? i mean, keep it a secret throughout development under the guise of the MC12? maybe an enzo with a wing? it doesn't appear to be the mcc at all. hmm...this could get interesting if ferrari pulls off something like this. just think, all this time people have been saying ferrari is too scared to race the enzo fearing it'd lose on the track. maybe it's this car... That Enzo pic with a spoiler that "ferrari kid" posted was a test car for the new Maserati MC12- GT. Now the 2 pics that NNO posted looked to be the real MC12-GT. (look pic) Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's the test chassis for the MC12, built up in the Cliente Competizione organization (under Claudio Berro). It's an Enzo tub and body which served as the test bed for various components for the MC12 Corsa.
the pic i posted was floating around the internet for a while, i know it was posted on the board before too. that car looks a lot more like an enzo than the mcc though. which is why i posted it. if that car in the garage isn't an mcc then it could just be the test mule ferrari was using. i didn't think it was the mcc because it doesn't have the intake on the roof, and you can't see any of those other aero pieces like the mcc. but i'm still guessing.
Yeah, it looks like an enzo, but those pics have been floatin' around then net for a while now, and they have already been confirmed as the test mules for the Maserati MCC. I do like the look of the wing on that Enzo body, though, but it would look a bit silly on the street. I really do like the Idoe of Ferrari using the MCC as a cover for developing an Enzo GT, though. Wouldnt that be something.
