    This is a thread I posted in another forum in f.chat today, but come to think of it this is a better place for it.



    I will be buying a 99 F355f1 that at one point was regestered in Cali. Does anyone know if the car that was not originaly sold in Cali. require emission upgrades, and if so does it slow it down, how can you reverse it?
