are the rear fenders or qtrs on a 355 wider then 348 rear qtrs?

I notice that when 355 wheels are on a 348 they seam wider then when they are on a 355, it could be just the pics that I am seeing.

355 wheels look like they tuck under the rear qtrs/fenders better on a 355.

    any input?

Oh Arie, tisk tisk tisk, as a 348 owner you should know that the 355 and the 348 have the same frame. The rims from the 355 are bigger, 18"(355) vs 17"(348). The fronts of the 355 are 8" and the rears are 10", the 348 fronts are 7.5", rears 9". So that is were the wideness comes from. But as for the body they are the same.

    thanks ernie,

I was thinking that the 17 inch wheels on the 348 where 8" and 10" not 7.5/9.5
    thats why they look wider,

but I have seen 355 wheels on a 348, but only in pics and they look wider then they do on a the original 355, but thanks for the info....
I have a friend that will let me install his 355`s on my 348 then I will see it in person,

    thanks again...
